Our story began with Mark Massoud, who brought his extensive experience in the lighting industry to the table. With the help of his dad, Mark started from scratch, driven by his commitment to excellent customer service and a passion for delivering top-notch lighting solutions.
Our Journey
Mark's journey in the lighting industry began many years ago, working with a respected lighting company in Melbourne. He acquired extensive experience and knowledge of the industry, which would later become the foundation of Mass Lighting Services. After gaining his electrical licence, Mark was equipped to perform duties such as connecting and disconnecting equipment for repairs, as well as replacing all types of light fittings.
Over the years, Mark continued to expand his service offerings. In 2000, he started working with neon lighting, supplying and replacing transformers, and repairing glass for all types of neon signs. In 2001, he obtained his elevated platform licence, enabling him to perform high-work tasks such as car park and sign lighting replacement, repairs, and cleaning. Mark's partner, Denise, suggested registering the company, and in 2003, Mass Lighting Services Pty Ltd was born.
