Hotel Customer Service Issues

The reviewer, Richard Clough, had a shocking experience at a hotel. He claims that he was assaulted walking down the street simply because he didn't book a room. According to Richard, an employee of the hotel pushed him around, treating him like he was not a rate-payer. He believes that the hotel owns all the roads and footpaths and is taking them to court for corporate crime.

Richard feels that as a private tax payer, he has a right to freedom of movement, and this incident has left him feeling vulnerable and bullied. He is extremely dissatisfied with the way he was treated and is calling for justice.
