Our practice was established over thirty years ago by Dr Alexandra Jones and Dr Julita Karolewski, who met while studying dentistry in Sydney. Both Alex and Julita are passionate about delivering ethical and compassionate dentistry, and have built our independently owned practice on these principles.
As a practice, we are dedicated to serving all of our patients and helping them maintain lifelong dental health. We are proud to be ADA/QIP accredited, which means that we comply with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) standards. Our team is committed to providing the highest quality of care, and we are constantly updating our knowledge and skills to ensure that we are providing the most up-to-date and evidence-based treatments.
Our Team
Our team includes our Practice Manager, Ms Gosia Michniewicz (MBA), who has been with us for over 15 years. Gosia takes care of all our administration, HR, compliance, and accreditation. Our Senior Nursing Manager, Sarah (Diploma of Practice Management), manages all clinical operations and is responsible for ensuring that standards of care are met for all patients who visit Jones & Karolewski. Sarah has been with the practice for over 15 years.
Irene, our receptionist, ensures that all aspects of the front desk operations run smoothly. All of our laboratory work is done in high-quality Australian owned and operated dental laboratories, based in Sydney. We are proud to support local businesses and to be a part of the local community.
