Cleanliness and Maintenance
Some reviewers expressed disappointment with the cleanliness and maintenance of the cinema. Stu Hodge mentioned that the cinema was dirty and had litter on the floor, while Alexis Brook described the seats and floor as being covered in popcorn and dirty glasses and plates.
Food and Drinks

Play Area Incident
Kellie Dare's review also described a disturbing incident in the play area, where a boy threw her grandson in the air and dropped him on the floor. The parent of the boy was confrontational and threatening, leading Kellie to leave the premises and vow not to return.
