Our journey began over two decades ago, when Andrew Longmore leased a small plot of land to grow top-quality turf. Today, we're thrilled to have expanded to 100 acres of land, growing four premium turf varieties that are uniquely suited to our local climate. Customer Experience
The overall customer experience with Rivturf has been mixed. Some customers have reported poor service and no communication from the company. Kath Lu had a particularly bad experience, ordering turf two weeks prior to their delivery date but receiving nothing. They also reported that the company was unresponsive to their attempts to contact them, only answering after a week and providing no resolution.
Quality of Product
On the other hand, Craig Gardner had a positive experience with Rivturf, receiving 25m of Tif Tuf turf that he described as "beautiful", "deep green", and "healthy". This suggests that the quality of the product can be high, but further evidence is needed to confirm this.
