Appointment Experience
Some customers had a frustrating experience with booking appointments, as evident from Maggie Davies' review. She booked an appointment for post-total knee replacement treatment but had to cancel and reschedule due to a family emergency. Despite being triple-checked, the time of the rescheduled appointment was incorrect, and she was asked to come back later or wait for an hour. This led to her leaving and indicating that she would find another provider.
Staff
On the other hand, Janine Woods had a positive experience with the hospital staff, particularly Mandy Who Is Administration, who she described as "so so lovely". Christine Cumerford was also recommended for her expertise in hand treatment. Joy The Physiotherapist was praised for being "fantastic".
Treatment
Dr. Murtaza Mak had a positive experience with Emily's treatment. He found her to be super-professional, thorough, and effective in solving his foot issue.
