The majority of customers who have had a positive experience with this salon are extremely happy with the service and results they received. Priya and Ying are praised for being professional, taking the time to discuss their clients' needs, and providing excellent consultations. The environment is welcoming, with tea and coffee offered upon arrival and attentive staff until the very end.
On the other hand, one customer had a nightmare experience, which was disorganised and subpar. The customer felt rushed, and their hair was left in poor condition. The customer's hair was bleached with what they thought was DPL20, but it turned out to be something else. The hairdressers did not check on the customer during the process, and when they finally did show up to finish the job, the customer's hair was left tangled and white.
