Positive Experiences
A number of customers had positive experiences at Head Studio Hairdressers. Sally Crisp, who had a full set of foils done, described her experience as "absolutely amazing" and praised the lovely staff for making her feel comfortable. Gemma James also had a great experience, loving her new style and enjoying the beautiful space. Negative Experiences
However, not all customers had a positive experience. Ewa Bartecki had an unsatisfactory experience, leaving with damaged and burnt hair that required additional cost to rectify. Monique D'Souza also had a terrible experience, warning others not to go to this salon and stating that they should not have 4.4 stars.
