Our Medical Services
Our medical centre offers a wide range of services to cater to the diverse healthcare needs of our patients. Our doctors provide expert care in family medicine, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, arthritis, chest and bowel disorders, aged care, antenatal and obstetric care, family planning services, women's health, pap smears, men's health, travel medicine, work injuries, sports injuries, fractures with plastering, spirometry, child and adult immunisation, pre-employment medical examinations, and chronic disease management. We also offer ECG services and provide results reviewed by our doctors.
Our Dental Services
Our private dental practice offers the latest dental treatment facilitated with modern technology. We provide services in FastBraces, cosmetic dentistry, dental hygiene, and children's dentistry. Our dental team is committed to providing exceptional dental care to ensure our patients achieve optimal oral health.
Our Commitment to You
At Kincaid Medical and Dental Centre, we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our patients' medical records and ensuring that this information is only available to authorised members of staff. We also offer a reminder system for pap smears, diabetes and asthma checks, immunisations, health assessments, care plans, and follow-up blood tests to ensure our patients receive timely and necessary care.
Our Practice Policies
We believe in providing accessible healthcare services to our community. As of July 2019, we changed our practice to a mixed billing fee structure. Patients with a valid Centrelink Pension Card, Health Care Concession Card, Seniors Commonwealth Card, DVA Card, Student Card, and those under the age of 16 are bulk billed for standard consultations. Please contact our friendly reception staff for fees and charges for all other health services.
Our Waiting Room Facilities
We strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our patients. Our waiting room is equipped with wheelchair access, a changing table for parents with babies, and separate male and female toilets. We also offer private areas for nursing mothers who require privacy for feeding.
Patient Feedback
We value our patients' feedback and continually strive to improve our services. We take all concerns, suggestions, and complaints seriously and encourage our patients to talk to their doctor or the practice manager.
Waiting Time and Scheduling Issues

Others experienced delays in receiving test results, which caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. In one instance, a patient was told the wrong information about pathology and was sent to the wrong location.
