Our pharmacists are available to confidentially discuss your medications with you each time you fill a prescription. For non-prescription medicines, we will help direct you to the most appropriate treatment options for yourself or your family. We have private consulting rooms if you require confidentiality.
*Medicine Packing Service & Delivery*
We offer a medicine packing service to help you manage your medications. We also provide a local delivery service, which is free once a week on Friday and next day delivery for a $3 charge. For those patients who need a same-day delivery, there is a $10 charge.
*Health Services*
We provide a range of health services, including blood pressure management, mobility aids, obstructive sleep apnoea management, personal in-store medication reviews, and prescription reminder services.
*Vaccination Service*
We offer a flu vaccination service, which is available at Murrumba Downs. You can book your appointment online.
*MooGoo Range*
We stock a range of MooGoo products, which are made with natural ingredients and are gentle on the skin.
*Making Life Easy Range*
Our Making Life Easy range offers a variety of products to make daily life easier for our customers.
*Pharmacist Only Medicines*
We offer a range of Pharmacist Only Medicines, which are only available for purchase under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Unprofessional and Helpful Pharmacy
The pharmacy reviewed by Destiny Hodgson received 5 stars, praising its helpful staff, wide range of medicinal cannabis products, and knowledgeable pharmacists. Contrary to this, most other reviewers had negative experiences, citing unprofessional behavior, poor service, and high prices.
Unhelpful and Rude Staff
Ethan Doecke gave the pharmacy 1 star, claiming that the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Jake Blundell had a similar experience, reporting that the staff were incompetent and gave him someone else's medication. Is Ra and Mickael Mounaix also praised the pharmacy's prices, stating that they were too high. Furthermore, Rebecca White and Elle D. reported poor service, including delays and confusion with their medication.
Management Issues
Several reviewers mentioned that the pharmacy has a poor management structure. Ethan Doecke claimed that the pharmacist with a black beard and hair was favoring certain customers over others, and that the staff were uncomfortable around him. Claire Hunter stated that the pharmacy was unwilling to keep scripts on file, and that the staff had poor customer service.
Rare Positive Experiences
On a positive note, Erica Calway and Ignacio Falcon praised the pharmacy's helpful and friendly staff, specifically the staff's willingness to loan crutches and explain prescribed products.
