Product Performance
The majority of reviewers have had a positive experience with the Breezway Louvers installed in their homes. Steve Oren notes that the windows are perfect, closing and sealing wonderfully, and have significantly reduced noise levels. Roan Sokol also recommends the product, mentioning that they take 3-4 weeks to produce, as of their November 2017 review.
Customer Service
However, a few reviewers have been left dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Breezway. Susan Grant is concerned about the lack of response from the company to negative reviews and recommends that they help customers with problems. Linda Starr also expresses frustration with the company's telephone customer service, which only seems to cater to retailers and installers.
Product Issues
Several reviewers have reported specific issues with the product. Linda Starr finds the inside window closer stiff to operate and the mounting screws cheap and prone to rusting. Norm Vesala has had a particularly negative experience with the screens, which have been faulty and difficult to remove and replace. He notes that the company has been unhelpful in resolving the issue.
