Service Issues
Numerous reviewers have expressed frustration with the poor service received from this accounting firm. Bram Vuylsteker and Hayden Paul both experienced significant difficulties in contacting their accountants, despite multiple attempts to get in touch. The accountants, Don Giovanni Ricci (DJ) and Warren, failed to respond to emails, phone calls, and even ignored scheduled callbacks.
Communication Breakdown
The reviewers felt that communication was non-existent or inadequate, leading to missed deadlines, and ultimately, financial consequences. Bram Vuylsteker's tax return was outstanding for an extended period, resulting in "hoooorrisible" service, while Hayden Paul's return was inaccurately prepared, triggering an ATO audit.
Unhelpful Accountants
The accountants in question seemed uncooperative and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. DJ failed to follow up on Bram's documents, and Warren blamed the ATO for his own errors, refusing to assist Hayden Paul in rectifying the situation.
