About Us
As an active member of the construction industry for over 65 years, Universal Constructions has been involved in a wide range of projects for local and state governments and private enterprises. Our executives have extensive experience in planning and handling major government or private projects, providing a wealth of knowledge and information for our clients.
Universal Constructions has established an excellent reputation for quality in the construction of schools and educational amenities, including primary schools, secondary colleges, and tertiary universities for both the private and public sectors. We are one of the largest school construction companies in Western Australia.
Our special strengths enable us to bring extensive knowledge and expertise to a wide range of different, and sometimes unusual, projects. We adhere to the State Code of Practice for the Building Industry and operate, maintain, and review our own in-house Quality Assurance Systems. We are registered with the Department of Housing & Works as a Level 4 - Complex (contracts up to $15 million) contractor.
Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability
The reviewer, Azzira Ah Az, is extremely dissatisfied with Universal's response to concerns about damage caused to their newly built home during a construction project across the road. Despite a pre-construction survey, the company took months to respond to an email, and then referred the issue to Encompass, who were also unresponsive.
Unprofessional and Unreliable
The reviewer expresses frustration and anger towards Universal's unprofessionalism, unreliability, and lack of accountability. They question the purpose of conducting property inspections if no action is taken to rectify any damages, regardless of their severity.
