The consultants were praised for being outstanding and knowledgeable, with one reviewer highly recommending them.
Travel Costs and Pricing
There were concerns raised about the travel costs, with one reviewer feeling ripped off due to being charged based on km travelled when multiple jobs were in the same area. They also felt that the travel costs exceeded the cost of the report itself.
Communication and Transparency
One reviewer was disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency, stating that they were not informed about the consultant's visit and were left unclear about the basis of some aspects of the report.
Methodology and Accuracy
The methodology used in the report was questioned, with the reviewer discovering that outdated aerial photos were used, which did not reflect current conditions. This led to doubts about the reliability of the report and the consultant's decision-making process.
