Poor Customer Service and Unwillingness to Take Responsibility
The reviews from Nicholas O'Sullivan are critical of Corinthian Constructions, a development company based in Townsville. According to Nicholas, he contacted the company via email to ask them to mow their lawn, which had become overgrown and obstructed the footpath. Instead of receiving a prompt response or solution to the issue, Nicholas received a phone call from the owner of Corinthian Constructions, arguing with him about who was responsible for maintaining the lawn.
Lack of Accountability and Unreasonable Expectations
In his review, Nicholas points out that he and his fellow residents are expected to take care of their own front lawns, but Corinthian Constructions seems to be exempt from this responsibility. He is frustrated by the company's unwillingness to take ownership of the issue and ensure that the lawn is properly maintained. This lack of accountability and unreasonable expectations have led to a poor experience for Nicholas and presumably other residents who may have encountered the same issue.
