Our family-owned business, based in Gulgong near Mudgee, has been delivering high-quality catering and marquee hire solutions since 1997. It all started when our oldest daughter wanted a marquee wedding, and we couldn't find a suitable one for hire. That's when we decided to purchase our marquee, leading to the establishment of our catering business and ultimately, our marquee hire service.

At Aussie Country Catering, we specialise in catering for various occasions, including weddings, anniversaries, reunions, birthdays, club meetings, parties, race meetings, town events, and more. Our dedicated team travels to your event location anywhere in NSW, from Broken Hill to Wollongong and all towns in between.

Marquee Hire

We have an extensive range of over 100 marquee combinations to suit your personal requirements and budget. Our marquees come in various styles such as peg and pole, freestanding, and high-peaked options. We offer smaller marquees for backyard weddings or parties, as well as larger ones that can accommodate up to 600 people, making us the perfect choice for significant events and functions. All our wedding marquees are optional fully silk-lined or plain, with arched entries included in package deals.

Hire Items

Our hire list extends beyond marquees, offering various items to make your event unforgettable. We provide tables, chair covers, tablescloths, lighting, crockery, cutlery, flooring, and more. Our hire items and menus are tailored to suit your location, budget, and tastes, ensuring a hassle-free function with excellent service and delicious food.

At Aussie Country Catering, we take pride in our menu, which aims to satisfy your country appetites. Our menus typically include platters of nibblies, freshly prepared baked dinners, and a selection of 5 or more desserts. We cater for all types of events and specialise in garden weddings at rural locations, offering menus tailored to suit these weddings.
