Our Services
As qualified building certifiers, we can assist you in all aspects of building surveying and building certification for residential and commercial building work. Our services include:
- Preliminary and pre-design consultation
- Pre-lodgement and building code advice
- Residential building approvals (class 1a and 10), including demolition and removals, single detached dwellings, townhouses, multi-unit dwellings, alterations and additions, patios, pergolas, decks, carports, sheds, retaining walls, fences, and pools
- Commercial building approvals, including office buildings, industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, shop fit outs, childcare centres, and school buildings
- Building inspections, including Final Certificate (Form 21), Final Certificate of Classification (Form 11), Pool Fence Inspection Certificate (Form 17)
