Quality of Service
Hanlon Windows has received mixed reviews, with some customers expressing satisfaction and others being highly disappointed. One reviewer, Michael Visser, has ordered from Hanlon multiple times and praised their window design, selection, and delivery. On the other hand, Rory Meagher had a terrible experience with Hanlon, citing poor customer service and a prolonged issue with his bi-fold doors.
Product Quality
There have been some concerns about the quality of Hanlon's products. Mark Foley was left unimpressed with the level of service he received from Hanlon's assistant, while Daniel Vrckoski reported issues with his window repairs, which took over 12 months to resolve. Additionally, Trigalana Place experienced problems with a quote from Hanlon, which never materialized.
