Bad Experiences with JS Pools
Several reviewers have shared terrible experiences with JS Pools, unfortunately. The primary issue is the poor professionalism and reliability of the company. Problems with installation, communication, and service were common complaints.
Author Cisco of Pool Installation reported a range of issues, including installing the wrong color, overcharging, and creating a toxic environment with the chlorinator. Moreover, the skimmer box was installed crookedly, resulting in a leaking pool. No response was received from Joe despite repeated attempts.
Samrat Singh echoed similar sentiments, calling the service "extremely poor and unreliable". They made big promises but ultimately failed to deliver.
C. Cm Sood described a similar experience, citing poor communication, lost paperwork, and refusal to take responsibility for mistakes. They were overcharged and had to pay extra to resolve issues.
