At Mid North Coast Karate, we are dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and structured environment for individuals of all ages to learn and grow through the practice of martial arts. Our highly experienced and qualified instructors, Sensei Anissa Hilton and Sensei Shaun Budai, have a deep passion for teaching and sharing their understanding of karate, and are committed to helping our students achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

We believe that the practice of martial arts is not just about physical exercise, but about personal growth, self-improvement, and character development.

Our Services

At Mid North Coast Karate, we offer a range of services tailored to meet the needs of individuals of all ages and skill levels. From our Little Ninja program for children aged 3-5, to our Dragons program for children aged 6-12, and our Teens and Adults program for individuals 13 and above, we have a program that's right for you. Our classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and challenging, and are taught by our experienced and qualified instructors.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer specialized programs and events, including our Come and Try Day, which provides a unique opportunity for individuals to trial our classes and experience the benefits of martial arts training firsthand.
