At Allied Express, we are a family-owned Australian business that has been reliably solving transport problems both locally and nationally since 1978. With offices in all major mainland capitals, our Head Office is located in Sydney, and our fleet of over 1000 vehicles covers the entire country, providing a comprehensive range of fast and efficient express freight transport services. From inner-city bicycles to line-haul vehicles, we can deliver or pick up from anywhere in Australia.

  • Sheridan Gallagher: Sheridan has been involved with the Allied Express business for many years, initially through the McDowell Harness Racing Stables, where her brother is still involved. We are very proud to be supporting Sheridan as she chases her dreams of playing for the Matildas in the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup here in Australia.

Delivery Service Issues

The review authors express extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided by Allied Express. They experienced a range of issues, including delayed delivery, lost parcels, attempts to deliver without notification, and poor communication from the customer service team.

Lost and Damaged Parcels

Several reviewers reported that their parcels were lost or damaged during delivery. Matt B. and Joel Graham's packages took weeks to arrive, and when they did, they were damaged. Chelsea Zhang received a text message stating that her parcel was delivered, but it was left unattended and had been signed for, despite no one being home.

Poor Customer Service

The customer service team was criticized for being unhelpful, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Brianna Riordan was told to contact the place she ordered the stock from to rebook the delivery, rather than Allied Express taking responsibility for the issue. Fatemeh Sarmast's courier refused to wait for her husband to bring out the parcel, and then hung up on him when he asked for help.

Unreliable Tracking and Estimated Delivery Dates

Reviewers were often given incorrect or delayed information about their parcel's location and estimated delivery date. Amykate Moroney was given a series of evasive responses to her requests for an estimated delivery date, and was not updated on the whereabouts of her package.
