Poor Experience with Importing Services
Unprofessional CEO and Staff
The reviewers had a very negative experience with the importing services provided by the company. The CEO, Ben, was described as egotistical and unprofessional, using acronyms and making clients feel stupid for not knowing about importing. He was also accused of ridiculing clients for not knowing his profession as well as him, instead of guiding them through the process.
Poor Communication and Lack of Responsibility
Both reviewers experienced poor communication from the staff, which led to additional charges and storage costs due to delays. The Sydney office was criticized for its indifferent attitude towards clients' benefits, and the lack of communication regarding estimated delivery times.
