Poor Customer Experience
Boss Attachments has received negative reviews from several customers regarding their warranty and customer service. Hannah Walton purchased a rock grab from the company, but after only 3 hours of use, it started leaking oil and required a repair. The company's response was unsatisfactory, requiring Walton to transport the 750kg grab to Brisbane at her own cost for a 3-4 hour repair job. This experience has left Walton wary of purchasing from Boss Attachments again. Similarly, Tony Canci had a poor experience when the shear he ordered from the company failed to meet the OSA specs. Despite providing video proof of the unit's poor performance, the agent was uncooperative and refused to return the deposit.
Mixed Reviews
On the other hand, Boss Attachments has also received praise from some customers. Gerard O'Sullivan Gonz has purchased two machines from the company and has been satisfied with the service. He particularly commended the salesman, Rob Price, for his excellent communication and timely delivery. Renae Hunter also noted that the company's communication is exceptional, making it easy to deal with them.
