His high-level construction knowledge and aesthetic vision make him adept at resolving on-site issues and conceptualising designs. Tony Masters has recently been accredited as a Passive House Designer. This recognition marks his commitment to implementing Passive House principles in future residential design solutions. The Passive House concept, known as the world's most sustainable building code, produces highly efficient, low-impact homes with negligible CO2 emissions. Occupants enjoy increased comfort, healthier air quality, and radically reduced energy consumption compared to conventional buildings. This intensive Passive House Designer Course was conducted by Daniel Kress of Smart Plus Academy in Sydney, with internationally recognised Certification from Germany's PassivHaus Institut.
