Disappointment and Frustration
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment and frustration with their experience with Avance. One reviewer, Lia Bain, was extremely dissatisfied with the colour of their concrete, which faded from dark grey to pale blue. They were advised to pay an additional $750 for a new colour and re-surface the concrete every 4 years. Another reviewer, Shujaat Esufali, was quoted $3,300 for a fence but the job was cancelled due to "too many questions and messages" from the client. They were then billed for $1,200 worth of extra materials.
