History

Schwartz & Angelo was founded by Salvatore Angelo (known as Sam), an Italian immigrant who brought his Cabinet Making apprenticeship from Trapani, Italy. After working as a craftsman for Ichel Schwartz for 18 years, Sam took over the business in 1977, renaming it Schwartz and Angelo Fine Furniture. Sam's son, Vic Angelo, joined the business in 1992, and together, they have built a legacy of fine furniture making, earning the respect of the community and industry alike for their dedication to the craft.
