Our History
Recruitment Select's history began on 1st July 2005, when Work Adventures commenced trading as AusTravel Jobs (ATJ), providing labour-hire and contracting services to the Horticultural industries of the Northeast of Victoria. The initiative was based on being able to supply motivated backpackers with work, sourced from a Melbourne based Registered Training Organisation training new arrivals to Australia.
