Our services include:

• Design advice: We will work with you from the very start, including advising on your land choice if you desire. We will get to know you, your tastes, your lifestyle, and your needs. We will then look at your requirements, needs, and budget, and provide practical advice on how best to achieve your goals. Our experience, knowledge, and care will ensure that even the smallest details have been considered.
• Design and planning: The design stage is an important time of communication between us and you, discussing all aspects of the home and making sure that the design meets all your expectations as well as aligning with both economical, practical, and environmental elements. We can provide a design service or work with plans supplied by you.
• Building process: Once plans have been drawn and approved, we will provide a fully detailed quote containing all your desired choices. We will then prepare a formal HIA building contract as well as all necessary paperwork which will need to be lodged. We are happy to work along with your financial provider as they gather all necessary information to approve your loan.
• Selection process: We will provide you with a selection checklist outlining what choices are available for you to make, and we will be on hand to provide guidance and advice as needed. Our goal is to make the selection process enjoyable and stress-free for you.
