Negative Experiences
It's not a nice thing to do, to have to write a negative review, but I don't want others to have the same expensive problems we're now having. Anthony and his crew seemed great at first. Personable, on time, but years down the track, nothing but issues. They moved a toilet and left a hole in the side of the house (we can't see it without a ladder) our insurance found when we had water ingress and had to rip up the floors of the extension and replace a few years ago. Now 12 years later, (should have been done 2 years ago) we're having to replace the entire deck, (super high) because of rotting bearers, the wrong kind of wood used, no water protective layer between beam and boards and even the high metal frame cemented into the ground is rusting because of the wrong kind of coating according to the builder. We have to also rip off and replace the extra bit of roof they added (which has always leaked.) I had such high hopes and really liked Anthony as a person, so I'm devastated to find out he (or his contractors) have done such a poor job.

Anthony and his team recently completed an extensive raise and extension project on my house. I couldn't have asked for a better builder, Anthony worked through problems and suggested solutions to keep everything on track and on budget. I cannot recommend Anthony and his team highly enough.
