Wallan Football & Netball Club

Established in 1904, the Wallan Football Netball Club is a proud and strong community with a rich history of over 100 years. Based in the picturesque town of Wallan, Victoria, we are known as the "Magpies" and are a well-respected and successful club in the Riddell District Netball and Football League (RDNFL). Our membership is a warm, welcoming, and inclusive social environment for both members and guests, and we promote the games of Australian Rules Football and Netball.

Our Services: Football and Netball Teams

Our club has both men's and women's football teams, with multiple age groups available for both genders. These include Under 19.5's, Reserves, and Senior teams for men, and Under 19's, Under 17's, and Senior teams for women. Additionally, we have a vibrant and exciting netball program, with multiple teams offering opportunities for all levels of competence and experience. We provide training facilities and coaching for all our teams, and we are always looking for new members who are interested in becoming part of the Magpie community.

Our Community: Juniors to Seniors Pathways and Community Spirit

At the Wallan Football Netball Club, we pride ourselves on our strong community links. We build and maintain these links through promoting a junior to senior pathway, where young players can hone their skills and transition into senior teams. This approach has been successful in building a strong and proud community spirit, and we celebrate women's football by providing opportunities for all genders. Our community is not only about football and netball, we are about creating a social environment where people can come together, embrace hard work, and have some fun.
