Our Locations

Our team works from two offices, located in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast and Loganholme in Brisbane. This positioning enables us to service clients across Queensland effectively, while maintaining the capacity and resources to service regions outside this geographic footprint.

• Kon-Tiki: The Sunshine Coast's largest mixed-use office/retail development, consisting of two towers of approximately 18,000m2 of office, medical, and retail use.
• Oak & Vine: Innovatively transformed from a pokey bar into a vibrant 'place to be' with the use of timber, vibrant colours, and design elements, creating a sensational socialising experience.
• Slade Point Child Care: Utilising brightly coloured external lightweight cladding, this design provides a 'wow factor' street appeal that aligns with the client's branding.
• Buderim Residence: Located at the end of a quiet street, this magnificent house speaks for itself, with a design that reflects the premium location and takes advantage of picturesque views.
• Botanica Riverside: Featuring 16 three-bedroom residences across eight storeys, and with only two apartments per floor, Botanica delivers exclusivity, privacy, and luxury.
• Coolum Surf Club: A complete refurbishment including revamped social facilities, allowing for almost double the patronage, redevelopment of their 'Nipper' amenities, gear storage, reception/admin, and member training rooms.

Our Studio and Story

From humble beginnings, BRD Group has experienced organic growth and increasing demand due to the experience, specialisations, talent, knowledge, and commitment to foster a positive culture from our Directors. In 2000, after more than 15 years' experience in a multi-office architectural organisation, Brad Read, our brand visionary, launched Brad Read Design Pty Ltd with a vision to create a brand that would not only produce stunning and thought-provoking designs but also assemble an environment that would advance the skills of talented professionals who would share in his vision. Today, BRD Group is a testament to the Directors' dedication and vision.
