Our Story
Although we had humble beginnings, Multicap has now expanded to become a leading disability services provider throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales. More than 60 years ago, five Brisbane families joined together to provide support for their young children with complex needs. Multicap has matured since then, expanding far beyond the five core families to deliver support to customers across the east coast. By partnering with our customers, we've been able to grow and evolve, offering the services you need to live the life you want.

Multicap, an organization that aims to support people with disabilities in finding safe and supportive accommodation, has faced several criticisms from its users. One reviewer, Grace Priscilla, expressed frustration with the pricing of their apartments, stating that it is unaffordable for people with disabilities who already face barriers to employment. Another reviewer, Linda Mead, accused the organization of misrepresenting a property they were offering, showing a different apartment than the one promised. A third reviewer, Storm Power, voiced concerns about the organization's care services, claiming that their sister was not properly cared for and was left to fall and hurt herself during a seizure.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, some reviewers have had positive experiences with Multicap's coffee shop and pottery display. Dilip Bhoola and Bev Visona both praised the venue, with Bhoola stating it was a "must visit" and Visona mentioning great service and yummy food.
Negative Experiences
Judy Bentley, who started working with Multicap, had a positive experience, but most reviewers had negative interactions. Jade Stephenson was bombarded with calls and emails after expressing interest in a course, leading her to feel harassed and ruining her birthday. She also reported sending multiple emails and making phone calls, but receiving no response.
