Our preferred method of providing our clients with the results they require is through Construction Management. This approach extends the existing client and builder relationship from project to project, where the builder is appointed as the Construction Manager, working closely with the client, architect, engineers, and quantity surveyor as part of a collaborative team. This method ensures competitive pricing, flexibility, and an open-book approach, allowing us to manage client-preferred contractors and volunteer work by members of the church, club, or organization that wish to contribute to the project.
