Tyre Fitting Issues and Lack of Customer Service
Andrew Lindner gave a 5-star rating for his experience with Bridgestone tyres. He mentioned that his local outlet quoted a specific tyre size but ended up fitting a different, cheaper size. Despite emailing the managing director, Stephen Roche, there was no response. A phone call from Bridgestone assured him that the franchise was made up of "good guys, " implying they would take responsibility and rectify the issue. However, there was no follow-up on the matter.
