Review: My experience with sensational kids is terrible especially with their admin apt booking service, they cancel the appointment in short notice, then they said they called my phone and they said they left a voice mail message, however they will NOT even do any further trying to contact parents re the cancellation of apts, no emails or text message or call again, they just leave the parents like me not knowing the apt was cancelled, rushing driving kids to the apt after a day work, these things happened multiple times, complained to them, no one cared and no one responded the complaint.
Their management seems disappeared. Also they suddenly changed my son apt time, I have no idea until I called them, then they said they have emailed to me but I did not respond faster than other parents, seriously I do not hold my phone at all times just serving for sensational kids!

Review: Staff are nice although facilities are lacking compared to previous OT we used to attend (Note: we only moved OT's as we moved cities). We ceased our sessions, as I was not prepared to keep attending and paying for my child to spend 90% of their time doing an activity that they already do plenty of at home rather than work on the areas they needs assistance with. Also, make sure you are familiar with the cancellation policy and, if you cancel that it is outside the 48hr cancellation window!
We cancelled at 44hrs (so completely accept it was our fault) and were charged the 50% cancellation fee however they are able to cancel within 24hrs (which they did prior to our first session).

Review: Firstly cant fault the therapists they were all friendly and knowledgeable. Interactions with the admin team on the other hand really made our experience with Sensational Kids a headache. Constant careless mistakes and issues with our appointments, with no attempt at finding solutions. It's the attitude and utter disregard that we were given that I felt it was important to leave a review. I'm glad to now not invest my time in a business that really treats their clients like another number.

Review: Unprofessional and unaccountable for their actions. Complaints are ignored and deleted. They go so far to even force you to sign a waiver of liability. Any lawyer will tell you to avoid them. Professionalism and accountability is a must in this profession, especially at the prices they charge! Free services are better than them!

Review: They booked appointments that we were not allowed to read the conclusions of, neither could they share what ifo they had gathered about our daughters high function autism to ANY other professional - what's the point of that appt then?, after 3 appointments ( I'm guessing they make at least 200$ per appt) we had no more info than before we started and they had drained most of our money the receptionist was confused and amazingly rude, they then made a appt ( again more money) to tell us we need more money, they are a money making machine who couldn't organise a party in a brewery.
We had to have an apptment to tell us they couldn't tell us anything until we gave them more money - why not a letter or the receptionist tell us why make us spend money to find out we need more money. the receptionist said "excuse me" my husband jokingly said your excused.she hung up on us. I don't have enough bad things to say about this money making machine. call anglicare first, don't expect NDIS to help you.they lose you in the system, or cant find you till the 5th phone call. we started our journey for our 5 yr old daughter 2 years ago and we are still in the same position, they told us we had no funding left.we had 750.00 left, they are a joke.

Review: I highly recommend this service. Practitioners are all professional, knowledgeable and supportive and the staff on reception are so helpful and friendly. Manager Fran is also extremely approachable and compassionate. Therapy rooms are very well resourced and they offer a range of therapies allowing for a collaborative approach if required. Definitely check out SK if you need kids therapies. They have been fantastic with our child on the autism spectrum!

Review: My children used Sensational Kids in 2015 when they really needed it. The outcome we received exceeded my expectations. Professionalism, transparency, effectiveness, work towards set goals and achieving them put the service as the best I have experienced. The Director of Sensational Kids as well as the employees work very hard to treat every person as an individual. The lessons learnt there accompany us through our life journey now.
