Our journey began in 2011, and since then, we have grown to become a leading mercantile agency in regional Victoria, with a direct reach extending from our base in Bendigo into southern New South Wales and the Melbourne metropolitan area.

Asset Recovery

Our Asset Recovery service involves repossessing assets when all attempts to recover the debt have failed. Our experienced agents attend the address to execute a repossession authority, completing the process with a high level of professionalism, sympathy, and understanding.

Process Serving

Our Process Serving service involves serving complaints, summons, and other documents as issued by the state and federal courts. Our agents make every effort to interview current occupiers and/or neighbors, ensuring that forwarding addresses are recorded for future service. Detailed attempt affidavits are prepared if the service is unsuccessful.

Field Calls

Our Field Calls service involves attending debtors' addresses to confirm residency, contact details, and reasons for non-payment. Phone contact is also conducted to ensure that our clients receive the required outcome.

Evictions

Our Eviction service involves securing premises following an eviction, including changing locks, taking photographs, and completing an inspection report. Our agents are trained to handle evictions with professionalism and sensitivity.
