At Wave Learning, we are a family of passionate educators dedicated to delivering the highest quality of training to our students across Australia. Our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) was established in 2004, and we take pride in being one of the leading RTOs in NSW. We strive to continuously improve our services, and in September 2021, we were awarded the elite status of 'High Performing Registered Training Organisation' by the NSW Department of Education.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide our students with the practical skills and fundamental background knowledge necessary to succeed in the early childhood education and care industry. We offer a range of study options, including Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and Diploma of School Age Education and Care. Our courses are designed to equip our students with the skills and knowledge required to accomplish teaching and support tasks within a classroom environment.
Our Services
We offer a variety of services to support our students, including:
- Traineeships: Our traineeships provide a combination of on-the-job training and formal education, allowing trainees to gain practical experience while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification.
- Distance Learning: Our distance learning options allow students to study at their own pace, anytime and anywhere.
- First Aid and CPR Training: We offer public and private First Aid and CPR training sessions, as well as child protection training and workshops.
- Child Protection Training: Our child protection training programs are designed to equip educators with the skills and knowledge required to recognize and respond to signs of abuse and neglect.
