Basil Downes

Basil is a Director of Webb & Boland practising primarily in the areas of rural property, Wills and Estates, Succession Planning and Small Business. Basil began his legal career in Sydney and has since gained extensive experience in these areas.

Brendan Moylan

Brendan is our litigation Director and has over 20 years of experience as a solicitor. He acts in defended environmental crime (Class 5) proceedings in the Land and Environment Court and at sentence hearings.

Mitchell Carrigan

Mitch is a Director based in Narrabri. He mainly advises individuals, family groups and companies working in agriculture. Mitch advises clients on farmland and water transactions, business structures and succession.

Andrew Carter

Andrew is a Director and works in our commercial law division and joined Webb & Boland in 2003. He specialises in commercial and property transactions, business structuring and commercial dispute resolution.

Georgina Michael

Georgina studied Law at the University of Technology, Sydney and was admitted as a solicitor in 2011. She practices primarily in the areas of commercial law, property law and estate planning.

Mark Houlahan

Mark joined Webb & Boland in 1980 and was a proprietor of the firm for 40 years. Mark is now a consultant of the firm acting for clients in rural based transactions and having particular expertise in the areas of rural property and water transactions.

Courtney Hollahan

Courtney is a Senior Associate with over 12 years' experience having joined Webb & Boland following completion of a Bachelor of Journalism/Law degree at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She practices primarily in the areas of property law, commercial law and estate planning.
