Our Team
Our team is led by Kate Cattanach (Jackson), a highly experienced myotherapist with a degree in Exercise Science and an advanced diploma in Myotherapy. Kate has worked with athletes and sports teams, including the North Melbourne Football Club, and has extensive experience in treating sports-related injuries. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal musculoskeletal health and performance. Our team also includes Akiko Yagi, a diplornaed remedial massage therapist with a passion for treating clients with different bodies and conditions.
Our Approach
At Finely Tuned, we take a clinical approach to myotherapy and remedial massage, combining orthopaedic tests, postural assessment, neurological and functional testing, and thorough palpatory assessment to identify the underlying causes of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Our treatments may include deep soft tissue massage, trigger point therapy, dry needling, TENS, myofascial cupping, ice/heat, fascial taping, stretching, and corrective exercises. We work closely with our clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.

Good Massage with Room for Improvement
