QuestCare is a Canberra based, NDIS registered company that has been specialising in quality disability service delivery since 1996. Our mission is to provide high-quality support workers as carers to clients across the ACT and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to delivering ethical, professional, and client-focused consumer-directed care. Our services are flexible, and we provide trained support workers who empower, enhance, expand, and encourage independence and quality of life for our clients, whether at home or within the community.

NDIS Support Coordination

At QuestCare, we provide NDIS support coordination to help you get the most value out of your NDIS plan. We work with you to coordinate your plan and provide services to help you action your plan. Our coordinators, case managers, and behaviour practitioners provide a dedicated one-to-one service especially tailored to reach your goals. We are known for our professional and result-driven approach and are committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Professional Staff

All QuestCare staff hold the required working with vulnerable people's card, driver's license, first aid certificate, NDIS Workers Orientation Module certificate, police check, and qualifications in disability support or equivalent. We have a strong team of quality, dedicated support workers available to work across the ACT and surrounds. Our staff are supported by a qualified and experienced management team, and we provide staff on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Achieved Success

QuestCare provides support services that improve the quality of life for over 300 clients, with our coordination services being known as the most professional and result-driven team in Canberra. We have achieved success through our School Leaver Employment Service (SLES) (implemented in July 2020) and through our new area of Positive Behaviour Support. Our team of experienced practitioners implements positive behaviour strategies to support our clients in achieving their goals.

Training

QuestCare offers training in the industry. Our training is designed to provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to work in the disability sector. Our training is delivered by experienced and qualified trainers who are dedicated to providing you with the best possible learning experience.
