Do you require a deposit for appointments?
Yes, a $30 deposit or 20% of the treatment value is required for bookings over 45 minutes to secure your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit or a $30 fee. Friends or family may use your appointment if you cancel last-minute.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes, please specify your preferred therapist when booking, and we will accommodate your request where possible.
Are gift vouchers available?
Yes, gift vouchers are transferable and valid for any treatment at Skin Reveal. They cannot be refunded but can be gifted to others.
What are your operating hours?
We’re open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm–7:30 pm, with Tuesday appointments available until late. Saturday and Sunday are closed.
