At Melanie Rose Photography, we believe that there's no better way to celebrate the arrival of a new baby than with a professional newborn photography session. We recommend scheduling your session within the first 14 days of your baby's life, as this is the ideal time to capture those adorable squishy, sleepy portraits. Of course, we can still capture your little one's beauty and charm even if they're a bit older. Our newborn sessions typically last between 90 minutes and 3 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, cuddling, and settling.
During the session, we welcome and encourage the entire family to be involved. This includes Mum, Dad, and siblings, all of whom are an essential part of your baby's story. We even have a special corner to keep older siblings busy while we focus on the newest member of your family.
