About Talita Sheedy

I'm Talita Sheedy, a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, medical herbalist, author, and yoga teacher. With a Bachelor in Health Science (Naturopathy) and additional diplomas and certifications in aromatherapy massage, lymphatic drainage, and yoga teacher training, I possess a broad spectrum of knowledge and treatment techniques. My passion is to help individuals achieve optimal health and wellness through natural medicine and practices.
