Caroline Buss gave a 5-star rating and praised the excellent service provided by the new dental therapist, Meacah, who was gentle, reassuring, and took the time to explain the treatment. David Wren also rated the service 5 stars, thanking Tim for helping him maintain healthy teeth and gums and supporting him in quitting smoking.
Negative Feedback
However, several patients reported difficulties in contacting the practice, receiving short-notice cancellations, and having issues with the dentist's treatment. Lei had an unfortunate experience with a filling procedure that went wrong, causing ongoing pain and additional expenses to rectify the issues.
