Our journey started over 30 years ago when a builder identified the need for an integrated building estimating and management package. At that time, there was nothing available on the market that could cater to the needs of builders and sub-contractors alike in costing, budgeting, and scheduling their building projects. In response to this gap, BEAMS was developed five years later, and since then, we have been providing top-notch software solutions to users nationwide, including top 100 builders, husband and wife teams, and sub-contractors.
