Fresh Convenience Catering, now known as Fresh Catering and Events, was established in 2009 with a vision to provide quality food products across Perth. In 2017, Heart in Hospitality Pty Ltd, owned and operated by Lee Green, acquired the business and continued to build on its promise of exceptional catering services for all types of events and meetings.

Lee has an extensive background in hospitality, having spent 28 years working in restaurants, bars, cafes, and catering enterprises in various parts of the world, including London, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. His experience spans both casual and fine dining establishments, giving him a solid understanding of the industry's intricacies. With a passion for food and creating meals, Lee brings his expertise and creativity into the kitchen, leading the way in gluten and dairy-free dining, and refined sugar-free eating.
