Excellent Service and Quality
Positive feedback highlights the great service provided by Chris, the electrician, who managed to fit in urgent jobs just before Christmas, offered recommendations, and provided a fantastic job. Ash Barwick also mentioned a quick and efficient fix for their brake lights on a caravan at a good price. Steve Bonetti was also pleased with the service, having a fault fixed in just a couple of hours. Mick Slater was very happy with the service provided and the electrician's willingness to stop what he was doing to fix the problem.
Communication Issues
Denzel mentioned having to wait and not being able to get through to the business, despite an agreement to fit in a job on short notice. This led to disappointment and frustration.
Pricing Concerns
Wayne Parry found the pricing to be outrageously expensive, feeling exploited for a job that was only half done. John Petrou also felt that the pricing was not in line with the quality and value provided, finding the labour cost to be excessive.
