Our History

Finlay Grounds launched Finlay Grounds Building in 1985 after having gained unique training and experience working under master tradesmen with W.W. Grounds and Sons. Finlay's reputation for excellence is a testament to his passion for consistently delivering quality building projects for his clients for over 25 years. In 2006, Todd Grounds joined the business, bringing with him over 20 years of experience from the local and international commercial construction industry. This experience included senior management responsibility for the successful delivery of over $300 million in commercial development projects.
