The Good and the Bad
Comfort and Amenities
Reviews highlighted the comfortable king-size bed, delightful internal spa, and mini kitchenette with fridge, oven, and microwave in the honeymoon suite. The breakfast, although average in quality, had some delightful options like bruschetta and omelettes. Some guests appreciated the welcoming and accommodating hosts, John and Linda.
Location and Value
The location of the B&B was excellent, close to the beach and amenities. Some guests found the price to be reasonable, especially considering the good location.
The Not-So-Good
Service and Hospitality
Unfortunately, many guests had negative experiences with the service and hospitality. Some felt that the owners, John and Linda, were intrusive, watching their every move, and making comments about their behavior. One guest felt that they were not welcoming and even refused to consider their digital vaccination certificate. Another guest was frustrated with the hosts' constant presence, making them feel like they were being watched.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
Some guests found the place to be dirty, small, and smelly. One guest complained about the terrible smell from the bathroom, while another found the breakfast to be old and cold.
Privacy and Space
Guests struggled with the lack of privacy and space. Some felt that the owners were always in their face, making them want to sneak in and out of the room. Others found the rooms to be too small, with no space for luggage.
Breakfast Issues
Breakfast was a common complaint, with guests finding it to be average or even bad. Some felt that the hosts were not accommodating of their requests, while others were disappointed with the quality of the food.
