Negative Feedback and Response
However, there was one negative feedback from Jacki Mayall, who had an unbelievably terrible service experience. The electrician didn't fix half of what was needed and walked mud all around her house. When asked to wait 5 minutes, he just walked out and left a mess for them to clean. Jacki found the service rude, arrogant, and not worth the money. In response to this feedback, Ashley Hamilton apologized for the experience and offered to rectify any complaints. Ashley mentioned that the business always aims to please and would have returned to the job immediately to address such complaints.
